Lake St Clair is a world class bass fishery and Lake St Clair Metropark is THE place to catch some really great BIGS in the early spring FROM THE BANK – NO BOAT or electronics needed to land some great bass here! Both largemouth and smallmouth can be found here this time of year. The big bass put on the feedbags and will be pushing in shallow to those areas that warm up the fastest and attract the baitfish. Find the BAITFISH, find the BIG fish. Even if you DON’T find the baitfish…chances are you’ll find the bass lurking here in the backwater marsh!
