Spent the day at Wilmette Harbor chasing big smallmouth bass and finally landed my FIRST Lake Michigan SMALLIE — and it weighed in at 4.01 pounds!
Unfortunately I only got partial footage of the fight/action, but I still wanted to share the catch because this fish meant a lot to me. Definitely one of my favorite catches so far.

The harbor grind finally paid off.
