ok so this video is the information and area I have fished for last 2 months and had good sessions for Bass and Smooth hounds.
The area is fishing into the rough broken ground with big rocks and shellfish that is where the fish are feeding . so expect tackle loss
Best way I have found to fish it is with a pully rig ?
4ft to 5ft 50lb rig body or 80lb and a hook snood of 18″ to 24″ again out of 50lb line .
Hooks I am using a pennel 1/0 Aberdeen and a small size 6 circle as top hook keeping the blow lug stretched out.
4oz grip lead
12ft Bass rod
Bait best by far and out fishing everything else is just local Blow lug
Crab has been second best at this venue.
It can be fished on the right hand side of T groyne as you look out towards the sea on any size tide 3 hours before low and 3 hours back up
With absolutely no safety issues ? just make your way on and off by the steps number 55 I think by the whole in the wall .
The left hand side of the T groyne as you look out towards the sea
you can only fish 1.5 hours before low and 1 hour after low
And the tide must be a 2.4mtr low or less .
Any questions please put in the comments thanks Brian.
