Worst Start To Fluke Season Ever??
Some footage from 2 weeks ago. Ive heard several people call 2026 the worst start to Fluke season they can remember, and I tend to agree. Stripers ran early, everything else seemed to be late, hopefully it is a water temp issue that has the fishing being slow and weird, and not a bigger issue of the ocean dying and everything being overfished. May and early June Flukin sucked pretty bad the times I tried, but at least by now its “solid”, depending who you talk to.
The goal this day was scout for Fluke.. mainly try a couple new spots. Lots of Fluke, problem was the size of the fish. Tons of shorts, most of which aren’t seen in this video.. I know you don’t want to watch 2 goons reel in short fluke.. and I certainly dont want to edit that. Ended up with 7 in the box on this day… nothing much of quality size. Have had half decent flukin most days, some better than others, with some decent 5-6lbers on recent trips.

Get on these Gulp sales… Walmart and Dicks have gulp on the cheap right now (walmart has the tubs for under 10$). Or be like Tan, and buy yourself some spearing instead, and just steal my gulp.
