Today I’ll be fishing a float rig with a Baitcaster! Yes, baitcaster bluegill fishing is a thing! I am using a weighted cigar float and a small jig. I catch four nice bluegill before switching to topwater bass fishing. I quickly fish from one end of the lake to the other and catch two largemouth bass. Fishing for bluegill on a baitcaster is a lot of fun, and so is catching bass on topwater before its time to go. This summer, if you are brave enough, maybe try some float fishing with a baitcaster just like I do in this video. #fishing #video
