Chasing Big Fish from a SIB… But Mumbles Had Other Plans!

Another day chasing the big ones off Mumbles… and another day where the fish had other ideas.
We launched the Maelstrom 3.8m HD SIB paired with a 20hp Tohatsu, heading out with high hopes of finding bream, bass and even tope. Conditions looked perfect, marks were solid… but the fish gods said NOPE.

Instead, we were treated to a full‑on skad and dogfish takeover. Not what we went for — but still a cracking day afloat around Mumbles.
