Big Old Bass; Small Mouth Bass from my Kayak at Deer Creek

I am luck to live close to Day Break Lake, and after work I can burn up and get my fishing fix! I had the same Krocodile spoon I used to catch cutthroat Trout at Strawberry Reservoir on on my pole and decided to throw it a few times. I couldn’t believe It when this big old Bass grabbed it!

Over the weekend I decided, I want to fish for more bass, so I went to Deer Creek Reservoir to catch some small mouth bass. I caught a few using Trout lures again. I decided to tie on a flat fish I had in my tackle box. It worked Like a charm!
