In this video, we headed up to Northern Michigan to chase after World Class Smallmouth Bass. Although the fishing was tricky and the Bass seemed to be a little finicky, I was able to sight fish a giant 6.5 pound Smallie! We boated a variety of other Bass and a bonus big Walleye. Watching Bass up shallow react to a bait is something truly special, and seeing a fish of this size eat my swimbait was pretty special. If you’re into Smallmouth, sight fishing, northern Michigan, or chasing trophy Smallies, this one’s for you!
