BIG BAG: Santee Cooper | Bassmaster Elite Series
In this one, I got dialed in with a strong topwater and crankbait pattern around shallow cover at Santee Cooper. The fish were crushing a Berkley walking bait up top and reacting hard to the crankbait around key areas as I tried to put together a strong Day 1 bag against the best anglers in the world.
Big blowups.
Missed fish.
Key adjustments.
And some really aggressive shallow bass.
