Cold Water Bass Fishing in Texas | Slow Start, Strong Finish

A few weeks ago I got out on a cold Texas day to start the year off bass fishing. Conditions weren’t ideal and the bite started off slow, but sticking with it made the difference.

After making a few adjustments and committing to the grind, the day turned around and produced a couple solid largemouth — including a 3.7 lb and a 3 lb fish.

Winter bass fishing isn’t always easy, especially in cold water conditions, but patience and persistence can pay off.
