Fishing in the winter can be brutal…

My buddy Joel and I set out to catch some fish in the famous Illinois River, known for it’s diverse variety of big bass! While our expectations weren’t exactly met, we still had an awesome time getting to float the river together and had a couple good catches to start the year!

I cannot wait to go back when the weather is warmer..
