Lake Berryessa always seems to teach me something… and this trip was no different.

In this video, I head back out to Berryessa chasing winter bass, figuring out the bite, working through a few missed fish and bloopers, and just enjoying a day on the water. Things started slow, but sticking with the plan paid off when I landed my biggest Lake Berryessa bass to date.

Not every trip is perfect — and that’s the fun of it. A few laughs, a couple mistakes, and one fish that made the whole day worth it.
