January Bass Fishing in Frigid Conditions on Lake Guntersville, Chatterbait and Alabama Rig

Overcast and cold most of the day. Air temp was in the mid 30s and water temp was 46. Water clarity was super clear. I’d say 4-5ft visibility closer to the main river channel and probably more like 2-3ft visibility in the back of the pockets. Wind was calm early and 10-15mph later in the day. Had a few periods where the sun tried to peep through. Had a great day and caught decent numbers but nothing over 3lbs. I had one bass that was just under 4lbs. Caught most of the bass today on the Stealth Lures Alabama Rig. I did catch one on a jerkbait and two on a chatterbait in 5ft of water.
