January bass fishing isn’t supposed to be easy… and Pinto Lake proved it.
After days of nonstop rain, the water was way higher than normal and visibility was nearly ZERO.

This was our first fishing trip of 2026, and instead of playing it safe, we turned it into a 2v2 team bass challenge — first team to land the best of 5 bass wins.
Brutal conditions. Muddy water. January cold.
