Fishing the best bass fishing lake in Arizona!
In today’s video we ventured over to the best bass fishing lake in Arizona. You might recognize it from Ben Milliken’s recent trip out west where he caught over 38 pounds of bass in a quick morning session at this amazing lake. If you haven’t figured out which one I am talking about by now it is Saguaro Lake!
This lake is known for double digit bass being caught on almost a weekly basis and has put out several 40+ pound bags throughout the year this year. We were hoping to get our share of the amazing potential Saguaro Lake can produce!
The morning started out extremely hot hit a 5+ pounder in the boat in less than 5 casts. The catching hardly slowed down for the next hour and we were able to land one even bigger not too far later. As the day winded on we decided to explore some areas of the lake we had not been before to see if would find some additional fish willing to bite. As the evening crept in we continued to get a few more culls that bumped our weight up to a very respectable level. All in all it was a great day on the water and we had a great time! Bass fishing on Saguaro Lake can be tough at times but it showed out for us on this trip!
The main producers for today included a jig head minnow and drop shot. Although we tried many other techniques it was hard to argue with the results these two techniques produced!
