In this bass fishing video Tim Little takes you back to 2009 on Collins Lake in Northern California. He headed to the lake hoping to catch a 10 lb trophy bass and it worked!
Shortly after launching the boat Tim got his first bite on the huddleston swimbait. After an epic battle he was holding a 9.8 lb bass. It was his biggest bass ever but the moment was bitter sweet, he had really hoped to catch a 10 pounder.
After fishing around the lake he returned to the same spot and on his very next cast was bit by a true fish of a lifetime! The bass stripped drag, dug deep, and truly gave Tim a run for his money. It wasn’t until she was in the boat that he and his partner realized how massive this bass really was! He’d never dreamed of catching a teener, let alone a 15 pounder!
On his first day as a swimbaiter Tim caught a 9.8 and a 15 lber! Rattled and shaken by the two catches Tim headed for home without even making another cast!
