Randy Blaukat was disqualified from the Major League Fishing Toyota Series this past weekend for breaking the no information rule. The no information rule states that angler can not solicit or gather information from a non-competitors. Is that rule enforceable? Should that rule be looked at? And why was Randy disqualified?
