Fishing SHALLOW In The Middle Of Summer (Topwater Fishing)

A lot of people want to fish offshore in the heat of the summer but one of my favorite ways to catch bass is up shallow targeting those bream eaters. Throw a topwater and other bream immitating baits and you will catch you some.
