Can I Catch a Fish with My 2006 Spiderman Rod?

For the past few months I have started to pick up fishing again, one of my favorite activities when I was younger. Funny enough, I ended up finding my childhood fishing rod collecting dust in my garage: a 2006 Walmart Spiderman rod. To this day this rod reminds me of good times fishing with my father, learning the basics of how to bait, cast, and hook a fish. So I thought to myself, why not try to use it again? Thus I filmed this video – 2 whole months of me fishing with this rod to see if I could catch a massive bass with it. Day after day I struggled, failed, and learned, much like my younger self when I started fishing. Yet, in the end, I had a triumphant success and a very funny accident with my phone.
