Lake Elsinore Late Summer Bass Fishing – Drop Shot Technique FTW!

Between the Wekfest Tour and Football season, life has been quite busy. Haven’t had as much time to fish. Before the kids go back to school, I wanted to get a solid fishing day in. Noah and I decided to try out Lake Elsinore on a hot Sunday afternoon.

I spent over a year learning how to fish with a drop shot rig. It’s finally starting to pay off. It definitely requires some patience learning how to tie it and work it, but it’s been quite effective for me lately!

With the season changing, it can be difficult figuring out what lures the fish will hit, but a drop shot crawler seems to work almost all year!
