River Bass Fishing During a Heat Wave | Can we still catch fish?

Got out on Monday June 30th with Steve for a morning session before the heat got to unbearable. My previous outing was 9 days prior and they were hitting pretty good. We’re in the middle of a heat wave along with lower clearer water and higher water temps. All local reports I’ve seen say the bite has been really slow and tough fishing.
