Nottoway River Virginia Bass Fishing

Catching bass, crappie and bowfin in the Nottoway River outside of Capron Virginia , early summer with high temps using swim baits and Texas rigged blue craws. We went upriver going about 2.5 miles before the water got too fast and skinny for us to continue in the kayaks. Ryan Holder from Ryan Holder Outdoors joined me in his Hobie PA14 while I used my Old Town 120 PDL PRO. Small river fishing stained water made this a very fun trip. #bass
