Early Summer Flutter Spoon Action on Lake Lanier

Here’s a video I made last year from early summer (June 15 2024) on Lake Lanier with some tips & insight on catching summer stripers using the flutter spoon.
The two most important parts of fishing especially Striper fishing on Lanier is 1.) being able to find the fish on your own (look for heavy blueback concentrations in summer; drop the big spoon and thump to see if anyone’s home – if not keep moving – many times if you see a few fish there’s usually a larger concentration nearby) and 2.) being able to catch the fish once you find them! Lastly, if you do mark singles down deep then alot of time those are the bigger fish and they will usually eat the big spoon.
