Mississippi River Bass Tournament Day 2(Can We Stay In TOP 5?)

What an absolute blast of a week of fishing starting with Alisha SMASHING her new personal best during pre-fishing to just hammering on fish every day! After day 1 we went back to the drawing board to figure out what the plan would be for day 2 and it was looking pretty similar as day 1. We wanted to start in the same spot being the fact we didn’t hit them very hard on the first day after starting out with 2 four pounders, but we knew there were plenty more good quality fish there. Unfortunately the water had dropped on us making it very difficult to keep the fish hooked as they would dive into the water and break us off on the rocks. After that we just started hitting main river structure that was holding fish but we just seemed to struggle with catching quality fish… Finally we came to a wingdam that we had saved and they were loaded! Bad news is they were all cookie cutter fish and we couldn’t get a big bite anywhere! Therefore we dropped out of the money and finished in 7th overall which we were still very happy with.
