Join me as I go looking for big river smallmouth bass in late April. This is a great time of year to catch a big great lakes smallmouth as they are running up the tributaries to spawn. I had pretty good success this morning fishing a swimbait on a shaky head jig. This is a great rig for rivers because it’s weedless and pretty much snag proof. Thanks for watching!
