Made my first trip out to Lake Wedington in Northwest Arkansas — a beautiful spot just west of Fayetteville. This 102-acre lake is loaded with potential, and I hit the water in search of some largemouth bass.

Fishing from my Hobie Pro Angler 12 and using Dobyns Rods all day, I explored as much of the lake as possible, targeting shallow structure and deeper pockets. Even though the bites were a little tough to find at times, it was an awesome experience getting to know this hidden gem.
