THIS PLACE Can Make A GROWN MAN CRY!!! – Summertime Bass Fishing Lake Travis – Elite Bass Club

June 8th 2023 was the date of Elite Bass Club’s monthly tournament, this one being held on Lake Travis. This lake isn’t really known for big fish but it can be an absolute blast sometimes. And it’s Texas, so the big ones are definitely there. My nephew and I started off the morning with a decent topwater fish and a few small guadalupe bass on a crankbait. After losing a good crankbait fish and filling out our limit with another topwater fish, we had a long stretch with no bites. We continued to grind and covered water with crankbaits and whopper ploppers. By the end of the day I ended up missing 2 more BIG fish on topwater that cost us the opportunity at a huge bag and the win!
