What’s Happening Roland?

This is the update of the week for the second week of March! Yesterday was also my birthday! Fishing has been good despite the wind. Early this week we fished Lake Okeechobee in the Harney pond canal and did well , but the big deal that day was when we first started, another boat pulled up just across the the canal and they caught an 8 1/2 pound bass on the first cast. That fish was the guys personal best. We caught one that day almost 7 pounds which was my clients wife’s pb as well! The next day we drove an hour south to Holliday park and had a great day with topwater bass to 7 pounds! Yesterday we fished Okeechobee but the bass have just spawned and it was tougher and we caught fewer bass only up to 4 pounds but that bass was my clients PB so he was happy nevertheless!
