I’ve got FIVE jig modifications that will help all of you who are new to fishing a jig. I was surprised to hear that a lot of folks who already fish jigs HAVEN’T HEARD about some of these modifications. These are modifications that I have picked up along the way and they have DEFINITELY made me more successful with a jig!

Love throwing jigs. Swimming jigs, football jigs. That War Eagle finesse jig is my favorite. And we all know Randizzle loves it too. Thanks for the video Debo!
I’ve never tried using a Jig but now I’m definitely going to.
Great tips!!! I'm new to jig fishing. I really liked that video. Thanks 👍🎣
just got my medium heavy baitcasing rod and reel with 12lb mono setup for jigs in 1/4-3/8oz around weed lines, pot holes, edges of timber.
Hey Debo what's the name of the jig @5 min mark?
Who did you order those brush jigs from, you did say it was a guy around where you live but does he seek to anyone?
I only use one kind of jig, I use a brush jig or structure jig and I can do everything with one kind of jig and makes it way easier
Thanks for the tips Debo im deffiently gonna use them…..and ive heard of a few of them before
Thanks
I have three rods. 1) a medium/fast spinning rod with 12 pound Braid, 2) a medium heavy baitcaster with 15 pound braid and a medium heavy caster with 50 pound braid. Which set up would I throw that rage craw jig setup?
Love the Debo tips and insights
I'm new to jigs what's a good weight or weights to go with and what size trailer
Hey, Debo's! I have worked on my Topwater, Spinnerbait and Crankbait fishing over the last two years. My catch ratio has increased 70%. So I haven't worked on my bottom fishing in a while. When I lived in Southern Indiana. The lake I fished had Smallmouth bass in it. So I read up on how to catch Smallies. I used a Carolina rigged Pumpkin Green Salamander on a EWG 3/0 hook. This set up worked great! So now wanting to add to my fishing arsenal. I am wanting to learn how to jig fish and also add Carolina rig's this year. Believing I can improve my PB by bottom fishing. Debo's can you give me a update on jig fishing and do you have any Carolina rig knowledge to move me along. To catching my new PB. Shawn.
What if I want a smaller profile but I don’t want to spend the extra money on anouther pack of baits that I already have just in a different size?
Been throwing jigs like crazy this year (2020) & I love em! Haven't tried messing with the skirt though. Might have to try that.
Debo what the heck ???
Im the 1 thousandth person to like this video like this comment for good luck
I love using a jig, probably my favorite piece of tackle.
I just use a snap swivel on them
I lost my first jig today. I'll keep trying though.
Is it just me or does anyone else fan out the weed gaurd so it doesnt snag as much. I think it helps after speading the gaurd.
Love the tips, I also have some bass tips on my channel, good stuff
That was cool. Thank you
I remember a few years ago being a new bass/musky angler(trolled for walleye my whole life) and I thought skirted jigs were crap, never caught shit . Then I learned to put a trailer on them. Life changing.
Thanks Debo
Just starting to gain some confidence with jigs. Caught my first couple fish ever on a small finesse jig a couple weeks ago. So these tips come at the perfect time for me! As always, love the channel and content. Great teaching. Thanks Debo!!
when trimming the brush guard i tend to try and match the scenery around me so if i know the lake is loaded with lettuce im gonna keep it thicker than i normally would and vise versa
I'm not huge with jigs I will use them from time to time but I typically have a few other things I prefer more (mostly due to no bass being up here in North Dakota) most fish end up being pike/trout/northerns but yeah if I go for a jig I like the zman craws not advertising but they float and on a jig I just like to see those claws rise and I tend to fish a jig extremely slowly maybe a foot every 15 seconds.
