Wow, what a day. Thanks, Christian. Interesting that you use the Omen MH spinning instead of the Envy. I have an Omen spinner but have not much played with the Envy. The Omens strike me as great rods for the $$$ . Thanks again and good luck on Day 2!

I see a lot of guys clicking their thumb button as they fight fish with baitcasters. I’m never touching the button unless I’m casting (obviously). Care to explain that a little bit? Or is it as simple as using that as a drag? I’d imagine you’re not worried about snapping off because you’re pulling on those big fish good in between thumbing it, why not loosen drag? Thanks in advance! Been loving the content

On your punch setup, do you use your hooks as is out of the package, or do you flex them open a degree or two before fishing with them.
Chris if you ever go to Ross Barnett let me know I can put you on some fish. I fished that lake for years. Won allot of tournament's. We wade in over 25 pounds with four fish.
The best thing about catching big fish in deep water…is the fight they give you. I definitely caught some biggens on that lake.
