  1. Great videos Jay. You deserve more subs than 18,000. Hope you keep plugging away quality content with great guests like this. If you ever want to slay Walleye on the Detroit River I would gladly put you on fish. It is the closest thing I could guarantee to an epic day of numbers and quality fish over a 2 month span.

  2. You’re fishing 1 minute from my house….I had no idea bass got that big or were even swimming in the Bay. I ice fish there basically daily in the winter for Lakers, Whitefish and the occasional Ling, im surprised I’ve never hooked into a bass. This is an awesome video!

  3. Aurora Bassmasters and held Oct. 28 on the 279-square-mile lake, which is among Ontario’s largest. Their five-smallmouth limit weighed 31.80 pounds, earning them not only the victory over the 47-boat field, but also setting a new Canadian record. The previous record of 31.55 pounds.

  4. Just want to say, there are several organizations that are doing great things to protect the fish populations on Simcoe. Sure people are keeping them, but in the most part those people are not the same people that are out catching the 5+ pounders on a regular basis. Generally, and there are exceptions, most of the fish being eaten are in the 1-2 pound range.
