2026 Bassmaster Kayak Series | Santee Cooper Lakes, SC | 5-30-26

My second stop for the 2026 Bassmaster Kayak Series brought me to another new body of water for me! Coming into this I was very excited to experience bass fishing in shallow cypress tree fields, unfortunately that wasn’t the pattern I ended up finding. Instead, I found some offshore grass and threw a chatterbait around. After day 1 I was sitting in 52nd place and was very confident I was going to have a better bag day 2. Unfortunately, day 2 had very bad wind and for the safety of the anglers the decision was made to cancel day 2. Hope you enjoy!
