“1448 Tracker Grizzly” How to build a Tournament Jonboat pt2 #bassfishing #tincankiller

Part 2 of this 1448 Grizzly really brings the boat to life. It shows the complete layout, and gives you the ability to see where I’m going with this build!
Keep in mind I’ve been building boats just like this for a decade, but only been making my own youtube videos for about 6 months! What makes my builds so different than others is that I dont have to stick to a design. If i need a custom piece, I just make it. Its like a puzzle, and I custom make each piece as I go. Plus I do so many jobs, and have so much content. I try to post at least 2 videos a week! I think im getting better at editing, but any feedback, or suggestions are definitely appreciated. 1. Is there a rod locker? I am building a 2003 Grizzly 1448 and would love to know the exact hatch lid dimensions you made for this boat. Also wish I had 1/10th your skill!

  2. Awesome work as usual. I have a 1648 tracker. I am thinking about installing a live well in the back bench. Have you ever done that or do you prefer the livewell to be located in the center of the boat?

  3. Dude you always kill it. One thing I notice is that you like to cut through the side and bottom of the hull for your livewell drains. It seems like the hull is pretty thin there compared to the transom. I'm just curious… Why not run a hose to the transom? That way if it leaks the bilge pump is right there too. Also if the owner beaches his boat running a shallow river, what is the chance that your bottom livewell drain cracks on a rock? No doubt you've got mad welding skills but it just seems a little more risky long term to cut holes in the bottom of the boat.
