For this trip, I hit the **Gila River early in the morning** with one goal: catch some bass and get off the water before the Arizona temperatures climbed into the triple digits!

🎣 The bass were there, the river was looking good, and getting an early start made all the difference. Sometimes summer fishing in Arizona isn’t about staying out all day — it’s about picking the right window, enjoying the bite, and knowing when it’s time to head back in.
