π£ Chasing the Moving Bass in June | Post-Storm Fishing on Clarks Hill Lake
The McBassin Fishing Team hit Clarks Hill Lake just after a passing storm with one goal in mindβfind those bass making the transition to their summer patterns.
Our game plan was to target shallow cover, shoreline structure, and transition areas, hoping the fish would still be feeding up before moving offshore. While we managed to catch a few quality bass, the bite was much tougher than we expected. Looking back, we probably should have made the move offshore a little sooner, but we stayed committed to our original plan just a little too long.
That’s what fishing is all aboutβlearning, adjusting, and becoming a better angler every trip. Even on the tougher days, every cast teaches you something.
If you enjoy real, honest fishing content with no shortcuts, you’re in the right place. Follow along as the McBassin Fishing Team continues to learn the seasonal patterns and chase bigger bass across Clarks Hill Lake.
