요즘 장성호 포인트 탐색에 집중하고 있습니다.
이번은 두 번째 출조였고, 지난번보다 더 상류의 작은 골창 포인트가 궁금해서 다시 장성호로 향했습니다.

예상대로 폐그물 라인에 베이트피시가 모여 있었고,
그 주변에서 아주 약한 바닥 입질이 두 번 들어왔습니다.
입질이 너무 약해 바늘이 오픈된 크랭크베이트(KM-J100) 로 전환해서 공략했더니,
바로 48.5cm 런커급 배스가 올라왔습니다.

장성호는 정말 매력 있는 곳이지만,
요즘 배스 상태는 예민 그 자체.
오후 4시까지 아무 반응도 없을 만큼 쉽지 않은 날이었어요.
그래도 한 마리가 주는 손맛은 역시 장성호답습니다.

I’ve been exploring new spots at Jangseong Lake lately.
This was my second trip, and I wanted to check the small upper cove farther upstream from last time.

As expected, baitfish were stacked along the abandoned net line,
and I felt two extremely light bottom bites.
Since the fish were so sensitive, I switched to an open-hook crankbait (KM-J100) —
and immediately landed a 48.5cm bass.

Jangseong Lake is beautiful but extremely tough right now.
No activity at all until 4 p.m.,
but that one fish made the entire day worth it.
